CarePortal

Where Compassion Becomes Action

When you donate to CarePortal, your generosity goes directly to support
vulnerable children, families, and individuals right here in our community.

A Call to Care: Supporting
Families Through CarePortal

Every day in our community, children and
families face urgent needs that cannot wait—
beds for children sleeping on the floor,
clothing for growing kids, groceries for
families in crisis, and basic household items
that help restore dignity and stability to foster
families, at-risk and re-unifying biological
families, veterans, disabled, elderly, and
homeless individuals transitioning to
permanent housing.
CarePortal makes it possible for local
churches and all community members to
meet these needs quickly, relationally, and
effectively.

What Is careportal?

CarePortal is an online platform that connects
real-time needs from child-serving and at-risk
adult professionals (such as child welfare/
veteran/ disabled/ elderly agencies, schools,
nonprofits) with local churches and caring
individuals who want to help. Every request
represents a real child, adult, or family in our
own community.

A Community Response
Rooted in Compassion

CarePortal allows us to care with families, not
just for them. It creates space for relationship,
follow-up, and long-term support—helping
families stay safely together and individuals
remain independent whenever possible.
When we give through CarePortal, we are
saying: You are seen. You are valued. You are
not alone.

WELCOME HERE

(WHERE ALL MEANS ALL.)

Seriously.  Every week at Our Lady of Lourdes, Christians and non-Christians, believers and doubters, seekers and skeptics, the fired-up and totally worn out, all come together to explore what it means to say yes to something real, hopeful, and new.
