The Widows/Widowers Connection at Our Lady of Lourdes is a lot more than just people in the same situation getting together. It is a group of vibrant adults who have already faced the huge loss of our loved ones and are now passionate about challenging ourselves to heal and live a full “new” life.  We know we are no longer the same persons but realize we still have the opportunity to do great things for ourselves, others, and God.  Our goal is to relax, have fun (again), and to be present in our “new” lives by connecting to others in all aspects of living, especially spiritually. Our mission is to reach out to other widows/widowers in our community to make Christ truly present to each other by bringing the healing love of our friendships and of our parish to the world around us.  From social events to outings, we invite you to join us as we continue to heal, learn. and love…as Jesus taught us.
