COMMON QUESTIONS
what should i expect when I come?
Our Gatherings last about an hour. We have a coffee shop with all your favorite drinks, and (really good) hot coffee. Expect us to spend time singing, learning from the Bible, and praying for one another.
what should i wear?
Wear whatever you're most comfortable in. You don't need to dress up or look a certain way. Our Lady of Lourdes is a beach side community, so expect to see all sorts of clothing ranging from t-shirts to jeans, sandy toes to stilettos! Dress as you are, but remember that we love to keep the air conditioner nice and frosty here in the sunshine state!
Do you offer any weekend activities for my Children?
On Sunday, we invite you to join us for Children’s Liturgy of the Word, where children grades kindergarten through third grade are welcomed to a special session during Mass-crafted just for them! If you have smaller children who need a different space to pray and play, we invite you to check out KidZone during our 10:30 AM Mass.
How can I get or stay connected after Mass?
Do you offer any Masses in Spanish?
We do not offer Masses in Spanish. We do offer translated scripture during Masses on the first, second, fourth, and fifth weekends of the month. During the second weekend of the month, we invite you to join us to experience Mass through the eyes of our Latino brothers and sisters with our Latin American Outreach Ministry, as we hear the second reading proclaimed in Spanish.
Do you offer ASL interpretation?
Yes! We offer ASL (American Sign Language) during our 10:30 AM Sunday Mass. Find out more about our Deaf and Hard of Hearing outreach ministry and get in touch if you have any questions.
Aren’t Catholic Masses super long and boring?
Not at Lourdes! As Fr. Phil says, “This isn’t your grandmother’s Catholic Church!” Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes is full of color, music, and excitement. Each week, we are grateful to gather together and worship as we experience God with and through each other. Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes is truly something that needs to be experienced in-person to be understood.

WELCOME HERE
(WHERE ALL MEANS ALL.)
Seriously. Every week at Our Lady of Lourdes, Christians and non-Christians, believers and doubters, seekers and skeptics, the fired-up and totally worn out, all come together to explore what it means to say yes to something real, hopeful, and new.
