Ministry to the Sick and Homebound

hospital_ministry1302837191Our Liturgy continues after Mass as our Ministers of Holy Communion bring the Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass with the Community.  Trained and commissioned lay persons take Holy Communion to those confined to their homes or hospitals.
 
If you are unable to attend Mass and in need o f a minister, please contact us at 386.255.0433 so that you may partake in our Community’s celebration of the Eucharist in this way.
